It's just been a cumbersome, frustrating, and lengthy process. The system is organized to not fund needy people. We pay into the system when we work. I understand that the company pays also. We are not trying to scam the country. We are desperately in need of help. Every time I call I get different information to expedite my claim.

I understand this time is difficult but I haven't been able to reach anyone for many many days. It's been 3 weeks we haven't been paid because of an issue we faxed proof for. Trying to reach someone to see if they received a fax more than a week ago and well. I've been 40 min on hold with no light at the end of the tunnel. Really wish they would answer calls.

This company steals pandemic grant money from the federal government by claiming ti for indiana claimants. It then does not pay out the funds from the feds to the claimant by staging a eview\ that by law is suppose to be notified to the claimant in writing within 15 days of starting a review. They then ignore calls, hangup on, mislead and generally deflect 100% of claimant inquiries about them. By law you are required to have a hearing within 10 days of demanding one. dont request demand. Write the \appeals\ board \Because you have to do it 1800 ben franklin style by writing only\, Write the board demanding a hearing. if they dont give you one within 10 days, sue them and press criminal charges. Once again, i am Robin Peppers, Know Your Rights. TITLE 22. LABOR AND SAFETY ARTICLE 4. UNEMPLOYMENT COMPENSATION SYSTEM CHAPTER 17. CLAIMS FOR BENEFITS

5 MONTHS. It’s really been 5 months since I’ve gotten any payment. I’ve been as patient as I can with them for the past 5 going on to 6 months but no one will really help me. It’s hard to eat especially with me and my girlfriend both out of a job. I’ve went through all the verification processes that there are and have not got anything back. I need you guys, along with so many others, to clear my name and unlock my account. I’m literally on the last step before payments hit.

By far the most unorganized process with no communication. Be aware during tax time. If you do reach someone by phone it is more than likely a temp employee giving false details with no training. Be aware of the long term effects.
