This company has the WORST customer service I have ever experienced. They are slow to respond to customer needs, place expired food in their machines and don't correct mistakes when they are made. I canceled their services after a string of disappointments. When the machines were taken out of our place of business, Derby City Vending employees destroyed a section of the flooring under the machine. While I'm sure it was unintentional, the company refuses to accept responsibility for the incident and will provide no financial assistance for the repair. From start to finish, this company has been difficult to work with. I strongly encourage consumers to research their options before electing to go with this group.

They have this lazy vendor at my place of employment. If I could give negative stars, I would. I have gotten everything from horribly melted chocolate all the way to spoiled sandwiches. Hell many people at work (my self included) have gotten 20 oz soda bottles that had broken tamper seals. If I could post pictures I could show you what I am talking about. I also have one hundred other complaints about this company however I don't have the time.

Well I’d say this the food is good but the place to work for was a nightmare. Very unorganized and always understaffed. They say Monday threw Friday on there add but then they ask you work way more then that...!!!
