Very excellent customer service. Kind and knowledgeable staff. Everything they said they were going to do they did. Asked all the right questions and things were done in a timely fashion. Always on time. Great quality. Everything arrived at the new location in excellent condition. Nothing broken. No water leaks. I would definitely use them again!
The POD delivery and pickup was as expected. While the driver was late on the pickup, he called to let me know. It was good to have the POD at my house so that items could be easily moved in and out of it.
Awesome experience. Everything was seamless from the online process to the pickup/dropoff. I even left an open container of bungee cords on top of a pile of boxes and it remained unmoved. Great work!
