Daniel Malone, the CEO of DESC pulls in about 200,000 a year or more in total compensation. Nice work if you can get it eh Daniel. You don't even need to show any esults\ just go on the PR circuit and tell community leaders that you need more money. More and more and more-- This election we need to vote the real \bums\ out of office. DESC hasn't met a single benchmark set forth by the city for funding, yet they still put money in the hands of programs like this. It's almost a \petting zoo\ mentality. Shut these places down and replace them with something that works to help and empower people in need. It's not rocket science.
