This was my first visit to Epiphany Dermatology. When calling for an appointment, the person was very nice and helpful in every way. The waiting room was clean and the receptionists, techs and doctors were very polite and respectful and helpful. I was recommended by a pleased patient and I will gladly recommend this place to anyone who needs this help.

I’m actually pretty upset for wasting an afternoon at this office. I had a scheduled follow up appointment that the doctor recommended I come back for. The new year has started and when I went up to my appointment early as usual. I still waited 30 min for them to tell me that my insurance has been terminated and I could not be seen by the doctor unless I wanted to pay out of pocket. I said well it is a new year could it just be that they haven’t updated my info? The response I got was I don’t think so usually it doesn’t say terminated. you should call your insurance. I left the office crying. I just took off a whole afternoon of work to be turned down for an appointment I didn’t even schedule and you can’t do me the favor of calling my insurance for me when my insurance card is in your hand?! After an HOUR on hold with my insurance they said everything was fine and why didn’t the office just call them at the number they have provided for them. I tried calling the office 3 different times to let them know that I could have been seen that day. I haven’t gotten one call back from this office. The front desk truly does not care.

I was referred to DeSoto Dermatology by my family doctor. What a great choice they made for me! Although I live in Far North Dallas, I didn't mind driving there. I have had a great experience with everyone there. Not only was I treated with respect, I was also made to feel like family; everyone was so warm and caring from the moment I walked in. As it turned out I had to have a skin cancer removed, and while it wasn't the most pleasant of experiences, Dr. Albahrani explained everything to me and put me at ease; I could have easily gone to sleep. My thanks for his expertise! and the end result was that he got it all! Do I recommend DeSoto Dermatology? Yes, I do. Oh, and Mr. Bell? He's really handy with a needle and scapel, too! For a needle-phobic guy like me, that's a super bonus!
The doctors here have all been great with my daughter and have helped us learn of her condition(s) and are committed to helping her get better and most importantly feel mentally better about what is going on (she is 10)
