I had a wonderful experience dealing with Charlie and his Detroit Guitar staff. Even though I didn't purchase anything from them(not yet but definitely will in the near future), I was treated as if I were a long time customer. Very rare nowadays especially considering my encounters with them have been all through the phone. I live in New Orleans and dealing with them through the phone was a breeze. A guitar purchase is a significant investment and the wrong choice of instrument will be more costly than the dollars you spend acquiring it.
