Since 1995, over 600 tutors have assisted 2000 adult learners meet the challenges of their everyday lives.  Siena Literacy Center is proud to be part of Dominican Rea Literacy Corporation and is an accredited affiliate of Proliteracy.  Adult learners come to the Center with diverse backgrounds, abilities, and goals. A high-school dropout wants to improve his reading skills before beginnig a GED prep class. A laid-off worker wants to be able to fill out a job application. A high school graduate wishes to get a better score on a college placement test. A newcomer to the U.S. wishes to speak, read, and write English. A young woman wants to qualify for Focus:HOPE.
