I live in San Antonio and drive by here once in a while but its always been closed. What luck! the stars aligned today and they were open when I was on my way home. So glad I finally got to come in, everything looks amazing, the dough decorations on the pie are great! Everyone was super nice and friendly. Hopefully I can stop in soon again.

So delicious! We found this spot accidently and I'm so glad I did. They were friendly and the pastries were delicious. Especially the apple cake.

I found this gem at an intersection of farm roads in the hill country, driving north on 281 and turning onto 165... between San Antonio and Austin. The setting included an antique apple press! As I stepped foot inside, the aroma of cinnamon and baked apples transported me to summer afternoons at grandma's and waiting in anticipation for hot apple pie to come out of the oven. The apple pie at this place is delicious. If ever in thr neighborhood, don't miss this stop!
