There was a long waiting list for installation, but they moved me up a bit when other appointments were no-shows. This was a replacement for just one side of the double-pane door, but they went ahead and cleaned up the old pane so well that frankly you can't really tell which pane is new and which side is 30 years old. The inside pane used to look like the one next to it so cleaning it up was a nice touch! It was very affordable too, about 1/4th of my insurance estimate. The delivery crew was polite, friendly, and professional. They called 20 minutes ahead and got everything back to good as new.
Mrs. Rench and workers are super.quick, friendly professional reasonable. Recommend to all who need glass work done.
Really liked this service. Truck looks better and they were fast in fixing my broken back window.
Jeanette took care of me. She informed me that my insurance should pay as I didn’t have a warranty that covered my chipped glass. She was very helpful, very nice & saved me money. Medina Glass was able to see me right away. I highly recommend this place.
