Waited 12 min on hold before hanging up and calling back. No apologies. Brand new 600 piece of equip and they want me to wait 1.5 weeks to tell me if they can even fix or not. Most of my DeWalt stuff is top notch. Policy & service here is not.

I have to say that this place was awesome I walked in there today to have my impact wrench repaired that the home depot took Over 2 months to repair for me and they still Didn't repair it correctly they got it done here in 5 minutes customer service was great and the tech an older gentle men was great Thank you very much guys,

Horrible... my drill burnt up.. Bought my drill 13 months ago. I had my recept and the manager said there is only a 12 month warranty...he Would not budge on the drill.. Hope it was worth it... I now only use Milwaukee Tools... Thanks dewalt for making your money off the little guy i m just trying to make a living
