The technician was very grouchy, talked unbearably low, and had zero bedside manner. She even made the patient insert her own TV camera without asking if she was comfortable doing so. If you’re in the medical field, you know that this is highly unacceptable. If she was having a bad day maybe she shouldn’t have come to work. The last thing people want to encounter when they are possibly nervous about the test that they are doing is someone with no compassion. Additionally, the office took weeks to transfer the imaging to the doctor’s office for diagnosis. The doctor’s office is on the same street, it could’ve been walked there by a turtle faster than that. Avoid this place bruh.

Posting for a friend.... zero stars. I received unprofessional service. I arrived early for my appointment and waited two hours before I was seen. There were walk-ins that got seen before me. The machine was not working properly. So, the technician had to keep turning the machine on and off to get it to work. The technician did not give me the x-ray’s that the doctor requested and informed me that all of them were not necessary. So, I must subject my body to the x-ray machine and chemicals again to get the x-ray’s the doctor requested. I would not recommend the Largo office for your radiology needs. Respectfully,

Unfortunately, I cannot give zero stars. The office staff is the most rude and unprofessional staff I have ever encountered. The technician was wonderful but the front office personnel soured this facility. Me nor my family will never go here again. I attempted to contact the office eight times over a two week period, from morning until afternoon. I spent a total of five hours on hold. They do not answer their phones and when they do, they are abrupt and rude. These women have no business being in customer service and healthcare.

The service is terrible. They do not greet you as you enter the building. After sitting in the lobby for 1 1/2 hrs with no other patients I was called back, only to be rushed with my images.

This is the most unprofessional establishment in Largo, MD. The staff is very, very unprofessional. They state one thing over the phone but when you get there is totally different. If referrals are need and required, it should be told regardless not wait until a patient comes and tell them that they have to have a referral before proceeding. That's is a waist of precious time, work time, and travel to come to a set appointment to be turned away because the incompetent receptionist did not give the required information over the phone. She needs more professional training. Whoever is running this area for Mitchellville Imaging really needs to step up and require ALL staff have professional training for phone appointments and face-to-face. If you are the president, you really need to start doing surprise visits to find out exactly how things are being handle on a daily basis. Recordings of receptionists need to be done to find out what they are telling patients over the phone.
