Medically I'm not doing as well as I should be doing and when I'm down usually a lot of things and people come across my path to make it worse to add on to it but there's two people at diagnostic imaging of West Haven that I needed to take time to say thank you to being so wonderful and so patient and trying to accommodate my medical issues and save me a few dollars with transportation and stuff they did not have to do it but they actually listened to what was going on and made it easier for me to take care of myself I really appreciate them so much and I don't know what I would do with Christine who works at the front desk. And then we have Melanie from the ultrasounds those two women made an already trying day so much easier and I just wanted to say I really appreciate them I appreciate the people who hire them and I appreciate God for allowing them to be the people that came across my path of trying to take better care of myself I really appreciate you ladies very much thank you so much God bless

I Went to get blood work at 10 minutes before closing. I was denied entry an individual stated the doors closed automatically at 5:45pm although a sign showed they are open until 6pm. Why display hours if you aren’t going to honor them not upset at the individual she is just doing her job. Why is Yale not honoring their sign. Also automatic locking doors doesn’t sound safe to me sounds like they breaking fire codes.
Who wants a mammogram?!?! Well, if someone who is absolutely competent, gentle, professional and entertaining is available, at least it makes the experience a very tolerable one! Thanks to Diagnostic Imaging!
I came here for an X-Ray at about 8:30 AM. There was about a 10 minute wait and I was out in about 20 minutes. The staff was helpful, friendly and courteous. The place was clean. Also, while you won't find the latest imaging machines here, they do seem well maintained. I would recommend this location to friends or family.
Sometimes they are delayed, but the staff is friendly and very accommodating and once you are being taken care of it goes rather swiftly.Convenient parking a plus.
