Whatever good will this organization had originally is gone judging by other reviews and the actions of Tim Miller, who is absolutely using opportunism to boost his media attention with regards to Vanessa Guillen.
I just called to see if there was any chance I could get help with recovery of my daughter's remains and was treated with very little sincerity or empathy! I will assume because of the conversation I had that you have to look a certain way, have a lot of money or be high profile to get any kind of response. My child's life Matters to me. And this person who answered the phone was very unprofessional and pretty much tried to block any reason to keep from looking for my daughter ...smh!!
