Oh my goodness I thought this was a goodwill ! goodwill is much more friendly than this employees ! very absorbed on their telephones and not trained to be retail workers at all . I am very disappointed with my experience here . my sons girlfriend martina loves these socks here but oh no never again !

This is the worst branch location I had to deal with. Last year they lost my skates that I left to get sharpened. The manager was not very helpful. This year they charged me 150 for shoes I never picked up... I ordered them online during Black Friday only to realize Nordstrom had them for much cheaper. I contacted the online support and they told me if I don’t pick them up within 4 days I won’t get charged. So I did that... had my money returned to my card. 2 weeks later I went into the Orland park location to pick up a yeti mug I also ordered online, and the guy working there brings me the adidas shoes, I told him that I tried canceling the order. And I did not want them. Literally 4 days later I get a notification that my adidas order has been picked up and my card has been charged for the 150... how does that work if I never picked them up and didn’t want them. They are so unorganized, the managers that work there are rude.
