I went in with a friend. They were looking for a helmet and I was looking for ski socks. We not only easily found what we were looking for but we also had a great chat with the staff. Steve was great and had great customer service. Definitely would go back again if we need anything else on this trip.

We went in to look at helmets. In fifteen minutes, I got a half price helmet that fits great and the workers taped up a new hole in my mom's jacket for free. 10/10!

Libby and Austin both killed it when remedying my issues with the performance guarantee. I love this store and any sun and ski. I’m a hard charger 200 days a season and these folks helped me so they’ll def help you. Everyone in the store is there to make sure you get exactly what you need. So awesome!!!

Purchased new griffon bindings for my jjs so they could handle the new grip walk boots i got. They alao tuned skis. Some confusion over the bindings they put on them and they offered to fix and comp all work. After further discussion turns out some marker bindings have grip walk logo and others have iso compatibility in small print and this was the case for the bindings and they were grip walk compatible. They also discounted service and repaired some damages to my jjs at no charge. I never asked for any discounts but you could tell they wanted to go the extra mile to create an awesome customer experience.
