I wish I could post more than just 5 stars..We ordered my custom ring and I couldn't be happier! The customer service with dimend scaasi was a tremendous experience. I had all my questions answered quickly with wonderful hospitality. They were able to help me submit payment after I ran into some issues with spending limits. They also calmed my nerves and kept me posted on my ring's production process. My ring my beautiful, and everything I've ever dreamed of. Strangers even stop, stare, and compliment. I recommend using them for anyone looking for an engagement ring!

Such amazing service and quality all around. I had shopped for my diamond online and found one that looked very affordable, yet beautiful. Since i was shopping online i was very skeptical of quality and service. My diamond was available and ready to ship around the Holiday season. Since i was traveling for 2 weeks to visit family, they held my diamond the whole holiday season and shipped it as soon as i returned home. Working with Shannon Hruza to build my dream ring was an absolute delight. I live out the state, so purchasing a ring online and having it built from scratch was a daunting task. Shannon was with me from start to finish, answering the billions of questions that I had and even personally searched for another diamond for me after I decided I wanted to upgrade my diamond 2 days later haha. I couldn't be there in person, but Shannon still made the process feel special and exciting. Frankly, I wasn't used to that kind of customer service and thought to myself \They better be paying her well\ haha. As for the ring, it was very affordable compared to other jewelry stores, considering the size, quality and extras I was looking for. The craftsmanship was exactly what you would expect from a high-end jewelry store and Shannon made sure that all the custom details I requested were incorporated into my ring by the Goldsmith. Haven’t purchased a ring from here yet (will be in the near future) but I just wanted to say that their customer service is AMAZING! I inquired about a custom ring, and Shannon reached out to me within an hour! She is very kind and knowledgeable about diamonds and helped me so much through the process. Their prices are very competitive and they offer a large variety of lab created diamonds. I can’t wait to start creating my engagement ring here soon!
