Here on vacation from MI and had a great experience. We weren't sure where to eat breakfast as we walked down commercial avenue. We stopped in front of this place and starting looking at their menu which is placed conveniently on the sidewalk in front of the store. As we scanned the menu for something tasty one of the employees approached us and very kindly asked if we were hungry. They were very warm and welcoming. Above and beyond customer service. Famous for their 2-2-2 (2 eggs, 2 strips of bacon, and 2 pancakes) his little diner is a great place to stop for a tasty bite.

Waitress had a bop-do and was super nice and attentive to us. Masks required and a must so that made me comfortable. Food was not pricey. I had Fuji Pancakes bacon. The bacon is that thick cut and pancakes were light and almost crepe-like. Finally, pancakes that taste great and not so doughy. Hubby asked for corn beef hash breakfast. He said \amazing\. Been a while since we tasted good ol'fashion breakfast. We used to go to Chuck Wagon, but this place beats it with the quality of food & service.
First, it's a cash only diner, come prepared. Parking is on the side street. Pay to park. You can use the Pay to Park app. Second, food is delicious. Service was excellent. Booths are tight.

I go a few times a month. Food is consistently delicious, great prices, and friendly staff. BEST PANCAKES around!
