They are letting visibly sick people into the courthouse. I'm here now and at the check in door people are coughing up a storm. They aren't adhering to safety standards and this will spread the virus.

While this courthouse is in America-the first, fourth, and second amendments do not apply. Nearly everyone in the premises is terror-stricken--even though the place is usually filled with armed police officers you must be searched before entering. I would recommend only visiting if you're currently incarcerated.
Holly who works with the case forms is really great, very informative and helpful. I am glad I got her when I called for help.

At least this courthouse allows visitors to carry cell phones on possession while inside the building and through the metal detector. Although you're asked to keep phones turned off, it's still a privilege people in Delaware courts don't receive at all. The public defender's office is inside this building.
