The staff at Dive Georgia Dive Center were soooo helpful!! They went above and beyond to make sure that we had the equipment we needed. My family flew in from out of state and we decided to do an ocean adventure in December. Eco Dive helped us stay warm and have a blast!! I would 100% recommend them for any diving and aquatic gear!!

Other than the retail staff, who are rockstars. Not a good place. They are greedy and the shop wont fix issues or refund purchases, trips, or anything for pretty much any reason. So, its just an okay place until you have a problem with them, then customer service is nowhere to be found. They don't care and you might be better off ordering online or using another shop in the area. And if you are a Vet and thinking about using your VA benefits with this shop. Be warned. You need to ask a lot of questions upfront, like what are they charging the VA (your benefits) and when can you expect to actually have them file your certification. I waited 3 weeks after I finished DM and they still had't submitted my application to PADI. Edit: since the shop decided to enter a comment 5 months after my review that is again full of lies. I invite anyone who wants proof that this shop is not only horrible with veterans but doesn't care to make their wrongs right in a timely manner to contact me and I can provide proof of what my review says. My being an employee has no bearing on me using my VA benefits with this shop to complete my DiveMaster to wait 3 weeks for the shop to finally get around to finishing my application (yes, which did include me having to sign a form but they never told me that this form had to be signed. I had to contact them several times to find this out). They charged the VA thousands of extra dollars for dive gear that I had no idea they were charging the VA for until I completed my training. THEN they refused to provide some of the gear that was on \backorder\ because I wrote negative reviews about them. After I open up investigations through the VA, the shop eventually gave me the gear they owed me and banned me from the shop because I called our their failures. Veterans, I strongly warn you to stay clear of this place.

Dive Georgia is hands down amazing! The staff is super friendly, the dive trips are unbelievable, and my experiences with them have been outstanding!! You're able to see how much Brian cares about the returning customers enjoying themselves and learning in a safe manner but also having tons of fun! Go on a dive trip and you'll feel like you've gained another family. HIGHLY RECOMMEND DIVE GEORGIA!!
