Diversified has offered personal, prompt attention for scheduling service, account inquiries, and anything else we need. We were new to pool ownership and maintenance when we bought our house 5 years ago. The company the previous owners had used was not helpful and seemed to try to financially gauge us because we had no idea yet about what pool maintenance was about. The second company we tried was the same. Pete and the staff at Diversified have educated us, helped us choose the most economical plan for maintaining our pool, and been professional and personable. Diversified helped us ease into pool ownership financially and educationally.
