I wouldn't take my dog anywhere else. The staff is absolutely wonderful. They get to know all the pups and in turn the dogs love them. My dog drags me in the door when we get there. She's well socialized now and no more boredom while I'm at work all day. They have a lot of special "fun" days when we get super cute photos or they get a special treat. The space is always clean. It never smells of "dog" which is a definite plus. I'm so happy I found Dogtopia!

Our dogs love it here!! The staff is great, you can really tell they care! Our dogs stayed there for a week and had a great time. We were nervous because our puppy has never been away from us, but Willa has so much more confidence now. Thanks for taking care of them!
My German Shepherd Husky mix absolutely loves coming to day care here! Everyone is always so kind and are great with our Lady! I always recommend Dogtopia to every dog owner I come across! The cameras to be able to watch our pups play is a huge bonus!
Staff was AMAZING , they took the time to listen to my puppies previous experiences with other dogs. He is 4 months old, Doberman. Plays well with my neighbors small 10-15lb mix poodle. He’s not your typical crazy puppy play behavior. They really kept their eyes on his interactions all day. And believe me I was checking the video feed all day He had been attacked by other dogs in my neighborhood & was concerned that because of his larger size they would just put him with larger dogs. They stressed dogs were kept in temperament compatible groups & he had the best day ever. His friends were a bulldog puppy & a doodle. I could not be happier with his experience & I look forward to when he goes back for another day of fun & friends

Let me first say how overjoyed I am with this Dogtopia franchise. I do not personally know the owners or the employees. However, the employees are very attentive and very much into providing a first class experience for our clouds (samoyeds). The facility is very clean but it does not have the dog poop or urine smell of other facilities and it doesn’t reek of chlorine or other toxic cleaners. The dog rooms are equipped with cameras so you can periodically watch them on the Dogtopia app. And the employees are very personal and they seem to enjoy the dog interaction. And while I have never used any of their ancillary services, I may board them, get them bathed or even have their nails clipped. Every time I take them for day care, they come home happy and completely spent. This is a wonderfully run business.
I bring both my GSP’s here. 2 and 11. The staff greats them warmly and my dogs love to stay and play. Have always had a positive experience and the pups are socialized well. Would definitely recommend Dogtopia of Commerce.
If I could rate a 0 I would.. This place does not understand how their billing works. Our pup was injured during his stay by another dog, we were never told he was given medication by a vet and ended up with 3 staples in his ear. We were offered a 10% discount for our stay but it was NEVER received and the General Manager told us that his stay was "comped" but when I pulled up the estimate it was exactly the same as what we paid. We were never comped, never provided a discount, and the whole thing was chalked up to the entire team not understanding how the billing system works. The moment the billing issues were discovered they magically stopped checking in on the healing progress of our dog. 691 for 12 days and they could not keep our pup safe when we entrusted them to their care.
