I would like to share my pleasant experience with Don Hattan Derby! I have looked at plenty of dealerships within 75 miles of my location here in Wichita and even went as far as looking a one dealership in Omaha, Nebraska and can legitimately say Don Hattan Derby gave me the best experience and customer service I have seen in a long time. After receiving the utmost professionalism and dedication from Chris (my sales representative) I was able to purchase my 2017 Chevy Malibu with ease. On top of that, I was able to experience the “future of the auto industry.” I was able to purchase my vehicle without stepping one foot onto the car lot or into the dealership. With social distancing in play I completed my paperwork from the comfort of my home. From my sales representative, to the sales manager, to the financial advisor, to the lot manager, to the general manager, I received the most superlative experience I could have asked for without any struggle or hesitation. Wow --- what a great car buying experience! We purchased a vehicle today from Don Hattan in Derby. Our salesman was Evan and what an impressive young man and salesman. Evan was very professional, pleasant, honest and straight forward with us from the minute we encountered him on the car lot. It is refreshing to not have to fight for the lowest price to purchase your vehicle. It was made clear to us that Don Hattan Derby was a “no haggle” dealership. After doing my own research and my financial adviser researching we both came to the conclusion that the price for the vehicle was fair. Also, the meeting with the Finance Manager Fernando was an awesome experience. This is the first time that the finance manager in a car dealership didn’t “work me over” to try and convince me to finance my purchase rather than purchase it out right. Fernando you were a delight to work with and thank you for being that way. Thank you Evan for treating us with respect and fairness and for sending us off with a really nice vehicle at a fair price-- you were a blessing to us. We will have no problem recommending you and Don Hattan Derby to friends and family.
