I love the customer service before and after the sale Johnny Rodriguez is my go to guy. He and the staff really make you feel like family. Even now it’s been 3 months since the sell of my boat and I can still get help from Johnny and if he doesn’t know he finds away to get the answer. Great selection and good sales staff. However, once the sale is made they have the absolute worst service. I have since talked directly with the manufacturer and was advised that I am better off calling a local service company, paying for the repair and sending the manufacturer the bill for reimbursement. Because \Ron Hoover is notorious for not wanting to deal with warranty work\.
