Best place in Miami to find great quality and design vinyl flooring. Also great selection on baseboards at very reasonable price. Staff is so helpful, friendly and courteous. Rafa was a great example of best customer service. I highly recommend Imeca, not only for floors or lumber, but they have gorgeous design for kitchens and bathrooms.

I needed an exchange. A very helpful gentleman called Salvatore made sure that I got the right item I needed. The store is very impressive. There are many unique items for kitchen and home. Thank you Salvatore for your help!

Unique and very specialized place where you can see and touch the products. Sales people are little slow but overall worth it.

Come here all the time and the customer service is always horrible. You have to literally call someone and force them to help you otherwise you will be standing and waiting. They help one at a time then handling multiple customers. They will help one person at a time even if they are just buying one door handle.the plywood I bought was the wrong one then what I saw the week before and when I went back to exchange, they said it's mass production so it's never exact. I understand that but the fact that one is a blonde color with no wood knots or burn marks to the one they gave me which is yellow and with burns and wood knots. Those are 2 types of wood finishes. Im a contactor so I know the difference but they didn't care. Next time I'll just go to home Depot as its the same price. I have posted pictures so you can see the difference and you can see they screwed up and didn't care to fix the problem. A block away is another wood store which has excellent service if you can't make it to home depot

Very good customer service in store, and the veneered plywood offers exceptional value and quality.
