I personally worked here for about 10 years. Work ethic and environment at this place is really awful, from the management, supervisors till Human Resources, that is; to be honest... they don’t really have anything “human” to begin with. I worked as an A&P making the impossible to go above and beyond to satisfy the maintenance standards approved by the manufacture following the correct AMM, in other words this company “professional” barely had the tools and resources to be called a “maintenance facility”. Last 5 years of my 10, they’d became really pushy towards overloading all mechanics with work and also making people really uncomfortable working there. When a problem arises they only cared to look for the guilty person to leave them with out a job, very lame. One time they fired a guy for something minor and the Human Resources director stated “you are young, you’ll get another job quick” can you imagine that type of response? That only creates hate and discomfort. Look, if you really want to make your life miserable and get under paid, just go ahead and apply to work for this “professional” company that really has nothing of that.

Worked under them for several years many of the empolyees that worked for them can provide the same review , very unprofessional , little to no care for the wellness of their employee , never listen to the complains for the working conditions, terrible experience will never recomend anyone to work there.
