They were doing some recent construction at my complex and they ruined some of my tiles, I decided to call the company were my parents had made the original purchase. As soon as I called the lady at the front (Debbie) was really eager to help me and provided with great customer service. Unfortunately they didn't have the particular tile I was looking for since it was purchased several years ago but she took her time to look up my information and was able to put me ahold of a sales person that recommended me something similar.
Maria Esther was a life savor!. So attentive, helpful and efficient in resolving my situation as quickly as possible. She definitely goes above and beyond!
