Went to celebrate my daughter's birthday. Had reservations but waited outside in the cold for over 30min to be seated. Ordered the "Ultimate All You Can Eat" for 4 people, drinks and 2 bowls of rice. Received the drinks and the 1st round of food fairly quick. The beef filet was good but the beef tongue was obviously frozen and grey, the seaweed salad had ice still in it and she forgot the rice. Waited for waitress to return to request more food and the rice again and it took forever for her to return. Finally received the additional plates by another employee but still no rice. It seemed like she was purposely trying to avoid us so we couldn't order more food (so much for all you can eat). Finally received the rice at the end of our meal by another employee and we sat there waiting for our waitress once again. By the time she finally returned, everyone just wanted to leave so we got the bill (which came promptly) and left. Horrible service, expensive and the "All You Can Eat" is a joke!
Gyu-Kaku offers the best Japanese BBQ experience. There's a large variety of menu options and food to eat. The food itself tastes amazing, and you cook it yourself to your own preferences. Staff are always polite and helpful, regularly checking in to help out. The atmosphere and decor is relaxed and modern. They offer a rewards program where you can quickly build up points for free items and discounts. This is one of the best places to eat!
So much fun and delicious! If you go here, you might as well go all in and go for the Supreme all you can eat. It was really cool being able to choose anything we wanted off the whole menu and they continue to bring it out. the meat was so fresh, and seasoned well. big tip is to ask for some extra sauces to dip your cooked meat into as well. I will definitely go here again.
I love this place. I’ve come here several times with my husband and we always leave very full. We do the all you can eat for 50 a person. Food is well seasoned, fresh and given in great portions. Great vibe, beautiful atmosphere and awesome staff.
Love love love this place. The waitstaff is great!! The food is so much fun and so delicious. Love the cocktails and they even have a decent sake selection. Great date night or a night with friends.
If you're craving for some BBQ, this is the place to go. Can't say that they have good quality beef, but their basic all you can eat option is definitely worth it. Most of their meat is slightly marinated (sweet), but if you get a balanced mix of marinated and regular meat, it's definitely not overwhelming. I also really enjoyed their side dishes (cabbages, corn cheese etc).
Love this place. Victor was so awesome. He does really care of customers. Great customer service. Highly recommend this place.
