Very unprofessional people working here. The store is very dirty with a mop bucket in the middle of the floor where the clothes are and people walking, the fitting room had a dead water bug in it like they haven't cleaned in forever. The cashier " Stacey" was very rude and Ghetto. I would not shop at this location again and plan to reach out to corporate about this matter. I also posted Pictures of the disgust in this store. (( Be advised this was my experience 4 months ago but it was posted under the wrong store. It is now corrected)) I will try the other store on South Blvd soon to review my experience there. * This review is for Rainbows not Dots *

Horrible customer service. Came in to return a couple of dresses and as soon as we walked in the woman told me “you have to leave your bag at the counter, lady.” I told her I was there to return and she told me what counter to go to. My items were not worn and still had tags attached, I also had my receipt from an online order. The woman Very rudely refused to process my return because I did not have the plastic bags the items shipped in originally. Nothing in the return policy says that’s needed. We took my items to another Rainbow down the street and were able to return with no problems.
Customer service was amazing. Each staff member was very helpful
The plus size section didn't have any cute shirts, plenty of jeans. The underwear were smaller that the size that on the tag.

Happy store is in bigger space, however cant wait til they get complete remodel. The biggest damper on my entire experience was im guessing the manager on staff (wore a black halter bodycon dress)? Check my time stamp here because woah her attitude and demeanor was gross, it even was affecting her coworkers who were pleasant. All was decent until she came around. And not to mention she was talking on the phone, and began shutting down almost an hour early, and ignored her coworkers when trying to address her, and for sure showed displeasure. I know people have their days but leave it at the door, and if you hate your job then your problem.
This is not dots! This is rainbow! STOP IT!! TERRIBLE!
