This is the only cab service in douglasville that could get me to work on time at 6:45 am when everyone else was still asleep even uber. He agreed to take my mom back and forth to her appointment because she has a disability and cant drive so If I dont take her he will. I appreciate the service and the reasonable fees are on point.
The worst company EVER DO NOT USE I accidentally left my phone in the car after leaving the hospital with my husband and they tried to charge me to bring it back or walk to the main office to get it. Needless to say I let the cops handle it and 20 minute's later I had my phone back. I used them every month a couple times a month but NEVER AGAIN
This is the worst taxi service the owner have a very bad attitude and ruled. The owner stole 40 out of my purse. I call police they said it was my word against his word. Please be careful using this taxi service
Worst experience of my life. I waited 1 hour and 30 mins tell somebody came. Mine you they came in a broken down van. I decide since I'm late for work (because of this taxi service) that i will stick with them. When i got in the van the first thing he said was 20 dollar. I was so disgusted by the service i received. Never again will i call them. Also, the driver was so rude and had the nerve to say I owe him 2 dollar once i got off. What a dick!!!
