Slow service, they forgot my pretzel dawg. I tried to order something off the menu and was told they didn’t know how to make it because they’re all new.

Love their pretzels. Their frozen lemonade mixers are amazing.
Very slow and didn't wanna make what I ordered fresh wanted me to take what had been sitting out since mall opened.
One star! Very nice cashiers but distracted and had friends hanging around. The food was cold and looked dry and old. After I asked they willingly made me a fresh pretzel that took a little over ten minutes to make. However it still tasted stale and old. There wasn’t enough enough cheese on the pepperoni pretzel. Overall I was dissatisfied with my food, I had the pepperoni pizza pretzel. Although I had a wonderful experience at the Philadelphia location and it made me want to try the one near my house because it was so delicious— I am thoroughly disappointed. Hopefully they will correct this because I would to love to support my community. - Trichardson
At arbor mall i ordered a medium cinnamon bites with icing. In a hurry, left, the bites has been there all day. No I inh even though I paid for it. Too much horse play among employees. Plenty of employees just hanging out. Terrible.
Just fyi, this location will Not deliver. The website directs me to order from here as it is the closest to me. I wanted to surprise my Wife and 4 kids with a lunch delivery. I placed an order on Wednesday 2/20/19 for a delivery on Saturday 2/23. Saturday morning they called to say that they do not have a driver today. I understand these things happen. So I waited 2 weeks and tried again. I just received the same phone call this morning. I'm honestly not mad about it, just wanted to try to help save the next person's time and effort by informing everyone that this location will not deliver.
Went here twice this week...first time a few days ago a white girl served me and she provided good customer service. Then I went back with my husband and this time two black girls were at the register ( one skinny black girl with short hair and braces I believe and another big chubby girl with some form of natural extensions). These two girls need to BE FIRED URGENTLY if the owners care about their business and the service that their employees provide. These girls were sooooo RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL. I dont think customer service training can help them....THEY NEED TO BE FIRED. They threw down the food on the counter...they didn't even give it to us in our hand and even worse the food was cold. Their attitude was so stink. I am a black woman...these girls make me feel so embarrassed because that white girl was so respectful and decent unlike them. A total disrespect to our race!!!
