Really nice ladies working here, had me in and out in about 40 Minutes, thank you so much!

They do not respect anyone, they don't help, they don't answer the phone, they have the worst attitude, and one of the worst things is they act like you owe them something because you are seeking benefits. I dread coming here.

I have been trying to get someone on the phone for two whole months and no one has bothered to contact me no matter how many messages I leave. I have sent emails to every single case worker I have ever had and not gotten a response. Since the pandemic I have been trying to be understanding but this is really getting out of hand and I am so infuriated at this point I just don't know what to do. I have been calling since May this is ridiculous.

It is truly sad that the Department of Family & Children Services have no empathy whatsoever for the people they serve. I witnessed a very rude and condescending exchange between a case worker (T. Whitaker) and a mother who just needed some assistance. Then they wonder why they make no money!! Money for what, from what I observed, they don't do anything that would warrant any amount of a raise. They should receive merit increases based on their performance.
