Howard and Arca literally worked and got me the best deal on my case. I was facing felony charges that had mandatory jail time. Through several months of litigation, both seen and unseen. I walked away with the BEST deal. I am super appreciative of Bryan and all of his efforts that he put into this. At the start of this I was super scared and even with all of the confidence he tried to give me I would research online and see all of the WORST case scenarios. And no good ones for my particular charge. I could call and be provided updates and I was able to ask many questions. All of my concerns and anxiety were worked out. My nephew that is in school in Atlanta needed urgent legal help. Unfortunately, young men will do things that are out of character when intoxicated with alcohol. A DUI on a young mans record will stain him for sometime, not to mention possible incarceration. I received a call from him at 3:00am weeks back with the bad news seeking my help as he could not reach anyone else. To make a long story short within a day he was on the case, he helped with the posting of bail and the most important thing is that Howard and Arca were able to get all the charges dismissed! It was truly a miracle. It’s the first time I’ve ever had to deal with anything like this. They truly know the court system and are very good at what they do. They also seem to have a good working relationship with the prosecutors , thus, may be the reason they are able to do what they do best, represent people in need. Howard & Arca Attorneys At Law BRYAN HOWARD I will be filing a complaint with the Georgia bar and the Better business bureau. I will also exhaust in any measure to complain in Douglas County as well. The disrespectful conversation that just took place was completely unprofessional & uncalled for; your attitude tone and things you were saying were out of line. To think I called you to speak about a pass case you represented me in that you didn’t handle correctly. I have a dismissed charge that stills shows up on my record because you didn’t have them restrict it. You allowed paulding county to leave it as unrestricted even though the case was dismissed and qualifies for restriction?!?! Even after Armando said you guys could get it restricted it would only take reaching out to the judge or filing a motion of restriction. Armando, the same guy you were belittling laughing and scoffing at; saying “he ain’t a lawyer”, “he don’t know anything”, etc. This is after over two weeks ago he brought my case and issues to your attention told you exactly how easy it could be handled because I’m a pass client and it should have been restricted in the first place. I have been calling for a month no call back until today after your secretary started screaming at me on the phone after giving her my name/number for the hundredth time and asking if y’all have appointments in office instead. Can I ask you something Bryan Howard attorney at law? Why on earth would I hire a lawyer to have a charged dismissed but still have it show up on my record especially if it qualifies for restriction?!?! Why would the same lawyer ask me for 1500 to file a motion on the same case you didn’t handle properly and left unrestricted. If you looking for a lawyer in douglasville, I would advise you to search thoroughly for the best and most competent selection..... Spend your money wisely.
