Excellent Experience. I have to say that I drove from Massachusetts to buy this car. I did not like how my local dealer did business, fuzzy math, circus music, etc. Dover Honda was very professional. What a wonderful place!! I dealt with Cody Davenport whom I met when I was searching for my car last time and he was awesome. I had the opportunity to deal with Cody on trading in my civic for an Accord. Cody must read the all the Honda pamphlets for each car. He knows all the options and what cars they are available on. Cody walked me thru the used car like he was the previous owner. I continued my search to every car dealer in Massachusetts and NH for the next two weeks. He followed up with me via text and we came to an agreement on trade value of my car. I was driving away in my preowned Honda within 2 hours. Finance department got the rate thru my credit union I needed to complete the deal. Cody Davenport is truly an amazing Honda Dealer Sales Specialist. Top Notch!!

My wife had her AC repaired here. Along with the actual charges for the service, we were charged a “data storage fee”. Sure, it’s a small fee, but why are you charging me fees for YOUR cost of doing business? The markup on the service pays for your business costs. Here’s a few other ideas for Dover Honda: Clean bathroom fee. Paper we printed this fee on fee. Repaving the parking lot fee. Free cup of coffee fee. It’s not acceptable to add miscellaneous fees unrelated to the service I paid for. Thankfully there are other Honda dealers in NH.

My experience at Dover Honda is always above my expectations. Because of very low mileage after 14 months, didn’t expect the oil change to be complementary because it was still the first oil change with this CR-V. Oil change and tire rotation, was charged only for the rotation. When I picked up my car, it had been washed and vacuumed, as they always do. Nice touch Dover Honda!
