I contacted Creative Stairs for a repair of a broken stair tread that had split in half. I ended up speaking with a man (who does the work) and sent him photos by emailing a woman he works with who handles all the behind the scenes stuff so both of them had my contact information. He quoted me a price and I accepted and he asked to come to the house to look at the step and I agreed on a time convenient for him. She contacted me after I spoke with him to confirm my information and that’s where the train fell off the track. The appointment was supposed to be yesterday, so I thought. He was no call and no show. I texted the woman and asked if I’d gotten my time wrong? No response. I called the office and left a voicemail. No response. I texted the woman again later in the evening in one last attempt to reach them asking if they had decided against working on my project to at least give them an out. No response. It’s now been 2 days. They seemed like reliable nice people, but I guess I was wrong.
