I had a great experience with the doctor and his staff. They made accommodations to see me same day I called went over my options so that I can make a smart decision. He was very careful and moved quickly through the removal of my tooth. It’s been 24 hours and I have less pain that I started with which is huge. I am grateful for this doctor and highly recommend him

My elementary-aged daughter had three teeth removed by Dr. Jagielo. Our experience was fabulous. The consultation was clear, informative, and put both my daughter and me at ease. The day of her surgery went well - very quick - and the recovery was smooth. Dr. Jagielo gave his cell number just in case we needed anything, then actually called us himself to check on her later on the evening of her surgery. Dr. Jagielo and his team made a fairly un-fun event relatively pleasant! Thank you!
Phenomenal experience with Dr. Jagielo and his staff. Had impacted wisdom teeth with extra roots, my dentist referred me to best surgeon he knew. Dr is very personable, informative, and cares about the patient. He precisely and accurately explained treatment, recovery, and pain management. His staff was equally professional and supportive. I'm very lucky to have been referred to this office.
I have seen many negative reviews but cannot sympathize with any of them. My experience was almost exactly opposite to all the negative reviews I have seen. A very informative doctor, and a good staff. If anything, I feel guilty for pestering them with all sorts of questions and taking too long to fill out the forms. They get a complete and solid recommendation from me. There may not be a dentist in all Chicago whom I would be happier to have any future procedures done with.
Had a good experience with Dr. Jagielo himself he is kind and competent. If you’re looking for a well practiced good doctor go to him. However there were a few downsides to this office as a whole. One being a very irritating front desk person. Extremely pushy and once she took it upon herself to call relatives numbers that had gone to this office years ago... numbers I had not left myself or given her permission to call and all because she had decided I “took too long” to call her back to schedule an appointment. Mind you this was during the month that they weren’t even allowed to see people so it was all but urgent. I had to ask her if she was familiar with HIPAA. Also you should know that they charge at least 50% up front. We have excellent coverage and they said it was their “policy” so we ended up having to pay over 1500 for a wisdom teeth extraction up front even though my insurance will cover almost all of it. I know not every place does that. Just things to consider. The front desk staff incident was my biggest issue, Dr. Jagielo is great.
