Officer Runyon you have been there for me since I was a kid. Now I'm grown and thanks to you I have made other choices in my life with your guidance. I will never forget you. You are truly a Great leader and deserve a life of success. You are the best law enforcement officer I have ever met.

When you feel good about your local Police Department, say so. Let them know it. They got my 6. I got theirs. What I really need to do is get up my lazy backside and go down to the station just to say high. Maybe I am missing something I could do to support them. I have only had a couple contact with our Men & Women in the Department, and they gave all been really cool.

It's always disappointing having to deal with the Downey Police Department. It seems like all they're capable of doing is using physical force and harassing people. God forbid you try to seek advice from them, or call them for help.

So, my step son has his car stolen. Call the police, they come and take the report. 4 days later the police find the car and call my step son to come and get it. He can’t come right away because he’s in school, so they tow the car. Then they charge him 300.00 to get it out. Then he discovers that whoever stole it has all their stuff inside like they’ve been living it. So, he gets his car stolen, charge him 300.90 and do nothing about catching the people that did it, so now they know where the car is if they want to come and steal it again. I can’t think of a more pathetic excuse for a police department. What a crock. If the car is stolen or anything else again, we will sue for sure
