I am highly allergic to bleach, so I was very pleasantly surprised when Dragon Juice not only didn't dry or break me out but actually made my hands feel soft. I got so excited that I ended up cleaning my entire house just trying it out on different surfaces and items to see if it worked. I didn't come across ANY that Dragon Juice couldn't clean. My kids even got excited to see what they could use it on. One of them has asthma and can't be around anything with a strong chemical smell and she was even able to use it. However, she said she did not like Dragon Juice because it meant she would have to clean up more often. haha.

I don't typically do online reviews, but my experience with this company has been over-the-top exceptional! Let me start with the customer service. Having a website and an App has been great. Most questions are answered there, but over the last year, I've had to call in with questions. They always take the time to explain everything in detail, never trying to rush you off the phone. The knowledge that they pass on is priceless! The product Dragon Juice is by far the best and most versatile product I've used in the 10 years we've been in business. I'm sure we have tried over 50 different degreasers and cleaners through the years. Most of these products are only designed for one particular type of stain. In the past year of using DJ, it has proved to work on a WIDE variety of oils, stains, oxidation and other discolorations. Each truck now has a 5 gallon bucket of DJ on it. This has replaced about 5 different chemicals that we used to carry! Now for the safety aspect. One benefit of DJ is that you don't have to worry about it spilling in your work vehicles and causing an explosion or deadly gas. When we used to carry 5 different chemicals, I was always worried about spills and mixing. It inevitably happened, but thank goodness nobody was ever hurt. As we grow and have more employees, it has been more and more important that we have products that are safe to use and non-hazardous to the environment. I can't tell you how much more at ease I am when sending guys out with this one product, rather than multiple harsh ones. The safeness of this product also comes into play when you are applying it. Our old products could not be sprayed near wood doors, aluminum trim and many other sensitive surfaces. None of this is a concern when using Dragon Juice. It truly is remarkable! Thank you for an amazing product!

For mud dauber nests: no better than anything else you have around the house. Mud is just mud. Plain water will remove mud. The difficult part is the insect glue which the wasp has used to initiate adherence. In my experience Dragon juice doesn't cut that insect glue any better than household cleaning products. Here's what I found works the best: 1... Knock off the bulk of the mud with a scraper. 2... Use a stiff brush (not a wire brush) to scrub where the mud used to be BEFORE WETTING WITH ANYTHING. It is much easier to deal with dirty crumbles than to deal with a stream of muddy water running down your wall. 3... Only now get out your cleaning product. Spray a small amount of liquid onto the mess. Scrub again with brush. Absorb that muddy water on clean toweling. This is the easiest way and generates the least mess of anything I have tried. I don't recommend a pressure washer. That just makes a big mess running down your wall and doesn't remove the insect glue.

The best cleaner out there by far. If you are in the pressure washing business or just want a great home cleaner .... this is it. A gallon looks expensive but realize it's a concentrate that can make 5 to 20 gallons. So you end up paying a few bucks a gallon. Andy the owner has superior customer service and is always there to lend a hand. I use FB messenger, shoot him a picture and he responds with dilution ratios and what has worked the best. He is absolutley a book of knowledge when it comes to tough stains and cleaning processes. Ignore the negative hype on here. There are companies trying to match dragon juices power and cleaning ability so they try and make people look bad. Everyone always tries to take down the leader in the cleaning business but when your product is this good, they don't stand a chance.

Spent 140 for a shipment that never came. Beware. I have contacted them several times and was told the Dragon Juice was shipped and it wasn't. They gave me a tracking number 10 days ago and it stills says it hasn't shipped. I lost 140 on this one, don't let it happen to you.

Excellent product and Superior customer service. A little bit of DJ goes a long, long way. Customer service provides the end user with tips on how and what to use the product on as well as proper dilution ratios anytime you need it. I've used several Top of the Line cleaners/detergents and Dragon Juice remains in the top of my arsenal.
