The only way to contact them is by text. The lady that helped me was rude. I was told to text her at the end of the trip. She text back 5 minutes later she would be there in 10 minutes. She arrived 18 minutes later. I text her at 15 minutes to ask if we had to stay to wait she “please”. When she arrived she stated you have to help me drag the kayaks to the trailer. I asked why not park the trailer beside the kayaks? She said that is not how I do it. I helped. She stated I had to help put them on top of the trailer. I asked are you asking me to, or are you telling me to? She stated I am telling you too. I said that is rude I did not pay 84. 00 to load and unload. Your company says they handle transportation of kayaks. If you want help you do not treat or speak to customers like that. I will not return. I will start my own kayak company and treat customers with respect. Charge more competitive prices. And provide more services to customers.

The half day kayak trip was perfect for a day trip getaway. The pick up lot is directly across from Phil Moore Park. Kayaks were offered in both sit in and sit on types with life jackets and paddles. You will take a short shuttle ride up to the drop point and kayak back to your car. The water was very beginner friendly.

Really enjoyable for the whole family, we went from like 2 to 6, just enough sun and shade with nice scenery. The canoe rental service, they were professional, informational and thoughtful all around very nice staff, we will be going again and would recommend to others. Five stars from the four of us

Great scenery and a fairly easy ride. It is a bit long so if you are not in shape you may be exhausted by the end. We wound up missing the exit spot where people were swimming and wound up going a bit to far. We wound up having to go back up stream for a bit and met Tony under a bridge. It was pretty hard but we made it. A great adventure but we were all spent by the end. Next time we will take a small personal cooler to put in the kayaks so we have some more drinks and snacks. Also, bring some sunscreen. It's quite shady but you will still get burned. All in all, a great experience and Tony was very accommodating. I would recommend and will go again.
