I called Draperies n Things for a consult on window treatments for my living room, family room and bedrooms. There being so many design choices, I knew I needed professional help! Jen came to my house and showed me the possibilities for my windows taking into account the size, sunlight, privacy, and ease of use. She answered all my questions and concerns and confidently recommended the perfect style for all the rooms. Jen measured the windows and left me with fabric samples to decide on color and textures. She returned a second time to re-measure and go over what we had chosen. She is very nice, knowledgeable and so helpful in finding the right shade for the room. Communication with Jen was excellent. Installation was amazing! Josh arrived with one other person and they installed 8 windows in about an hour! They were courteous, removed their shoes and wore masks. The whole experience with Draperies n Things was great and the window treatments are beautiful, we love them! Highly recommended!

If I could give this shop a 0 I would... the only reason I am giving them a 1 star is because of how wonderful Heather was to talk to and work with over the phone. My husband and I recently took in 5 Hunter Douglas blinds to be serviced due to drooping and fraying of the cords. In dropping off these blinds there was a lot of confusion and refusal to repair the blinds under warranty. Not only that but the men that my husband dropped the blinds off with were very rude to him. Once all the warranty stuff was figured out they took the blinds to repair. In picking them up we were told that 3 of the blinds were fixed, 1 didn't need to be repaired, and the other was not repairable. After getting them home we started to put them back up and noticed that they really were no better then when we dropped them off. One was even worse; falling completely apart. I heard good things about this shop prior to taking our blinds here and had very high hopes, but it appears that you get poor service and shotty work if they are not making money off of you. I am so very disappointed, and feel like I wasted a lot of time just trying to get my blinds fixed.

Jen from Draperies ‘N’ Things has helped us with picking our window treatments for 2 homes and a business. Both homes had differing aspects that Jen helped to solve as well as compliment – such as proving privacy while letting in sunshine, keeping the view in sight while preventing sun glare on the TV, south and west facing windows in the bedrooms needing blackout shades, as well as offering her expertise in color choices. We especially appreciated that Jen was respectful of our budget and could offer several options that met our desires while staying within that budget. It has been a pleasure to work with Jen and to know that we are supporting a locally owned family company. We would highly recommend Draperies ‘N’ Things to anyone looking for window treatments for their home or business.

Draperies \N\ Things did the blinds for our whole home and we are SO HAPPY with how everything turned out. Jen and Josh are the best in the business. They provide amazing service, recommendations, installation, and everything in between. The entire process was so seamless and they truly care about their clients. Some of our windows are odd/challenging shapes and they spent a lot of time doing custom measurements to ensure everything was perfect. We ordered Hunter Douglas and Graber blinds and Jen looked at every area of our project to provide the best pricing available.
