I can’t speak on the comfort of the cabins because we parked our camper here. I can speak on the comfort and quality of 13 acres overall. We spent almost 2 months here with our 2 dogs. It was relaxing and homey. Come here if you like fresh air, quiet and reconnecting with the earth. Restaurants and stores are within 10-15 minutes drive. The owner and people who maintain the retreat are hard-working and kind. Our stay here was unforgettable.

We had thee best experience at the 13 acres retreat this weekend! - Our batteries are recharged and we feel very relaxed. What a beautiful area, feeling quite lucky to have stumbled upon this gem. We're already looking forward to our next visit. I loved the extra touches Tara added to our cabin - such as, the flashlight, tea, coffee, lavender oil, humidifier, her sweet note for all, coloring pencils, books, etc. The hospitality is beyond anything we could've hoped for. I want to rave about this space to everyone, but want to keep it as a hidden gem to ourselves at the same time. If you're looking for peacefulness, solitude, and relaxation, then 13 acres is the perfect spot for you!

This place is fantastic. What a beautiful property. The cabins are clean, well made and fairly quiet. The only issue we had was wishing there were more blankets in the cabin. But, I realize they probably have a small washer/dryer and can’t handle large comforters. It was tough to manage the temp in the cabin with just the space heater.

Had an epic Sunday at 13 Acres Retreat. Kicked off the day with a sunny, sweaty, and soul-cleansing yoga class overlooking the Texas hill country led by Kate. Then we enjoyed a refreshing swim in the pool, which is well-maintained, surrounded by lush views, and a perfect way to spend a chill afternoon alone or with friends. I can't wait to go back and stay in one of the cabins. So cute! This place is a short drive from Austin and def. worth checking out!

I wish zero stars was an option. I can't believe the reviews this place has, it's as if the reviewers were paid. We didn't even last the night. Left at 6:30 and check in was at 3. Beds are incredibly uncomfortable, property was poorly maintained, not to mention the standing AC unit that does not cool, and the owner/manager was very responsive to us before our arrival but when I emailed that we were leaving early and dissatisfied; no response. In addition to that there are 8 cabins (and a tent) crammed into a VERY small area. I've posted pictures as well. Think twice before booking here. There is a beautiful place in Medina called Medina Highpoint, camp for 20 with INDOOR and air conditioned restrooms and a pool ALONG with all the privacy you could ask for and friendly staff. You're welcome. Edit: the response to my email expressing our dissatisfaction was acknowledged with - I'm sorry you weren't satisfied with our glamping adventure experience. We have our D6 Retreat next door which offers luxury villas with all the conveniences; that may be more up your alley.

a hidden gem in the Hill Country! We had an amazing stay. The cabins are cozy and cute, and set on a private canyon with walking trails. 13 Acres feels very organic and not a generic AirBnB experience. Great stargazing, close to Reimers Ranch and other attractions. We will definitely choose this place again.

I loved 13 Acres Tribe! Such a beautiful spot for glamping! The cabins were adorable, cozy and had really nice linens. Each has a little space heater/AC unit, but we mostly left our doors wide open. The main deck on the property is outfitted with hammocks that I spent hours in, watching the sunrise and the sunset, all while taking in the view. The campground was perfect with a couple of grills, spots to connect with others, and space to be alone. We went hiking and explored unmarked trails, came back for s'mores and enjoyed our rest and relaxation in nature! Thanks for such a wonderful trip!
