Great place there was only one guy but very good at his job. I was in and out in about 1 hour with 5 people in front of me.

We moved here from Illinois in September and made appointments to get our NC licenses....we had to wait awhile to get them.but no biggie. It was the MOST pleasant experience that my daughter and myself have EVER had in a DMV. I was of the opinion that most DMV employees were hateful but the lady and gentleman at the Brevard office were truly lovely people. Thank you to both of them.

I have never been more livid as I am right now. I had a family member come to your office TODAY to register title and receive plates for her vehicle. She was told that the notary needed to sign also in another place. She went and had this done. Came back to this office, was given the title back and was treated as if she were lying. She was told by the absolute disrespectful, hateful, unprofessional human being that "I cant deal with her, Susan come take care of this" My sister is a pillar in this community. She is honest and kind. Thoughtful and truthful. Gives her time and sweat for this community. There is no excuse for what happened today in this office. This woman should be reprimanded and be made to take ettique classes because her actions are deployable. I will hope that this sitution will be dealt with in a timely matter and resolved. I will continue to observe this situation to make sure this grotesque behavior will not go unnoticed or ignored.
It's the driver's license office. Bring everything they want in the form they require it and don't be in a hurry.
