Karl and his team made a troubling experience as easy as it possibly could be. I was rear ended and dealing with the other parties insurance and Karl stepped up and made the process easy and painless. Karl truly cares about making sure that his customers are the number 1 priority. I have nothing but good things to say about the service from start to finish. Not only are they auto experts but real advocates for the customer.

I was told by my Ins Company I had to go to a contracted auto body shop. Well I thought my GPS helped me get to the right place which I'm so glad it didn't. When I started to talk to Carl I thought to myself "here we go he's going to take advantage of me because I'm a female and don't know much about cars." Before I signed anything Carl advised me to look at his reviews and research the company. After he advised me of that I told him I didn't need to read the reviews to sign the papers. Carl updated me on everything that was being done on my car, he even had me come in and look at the car when everything was taken apart to show me what was needing repaired. This shop is the best most honest shop around. Carl is so honest with his clients! I did learn that your Ins Company will tell you that you HAVE to go to one of their contracted services. YOU DO NOT! I went to one of "their contracted auto body shops" and they only made it look nice, well the that's what their contracted body shop did. Carl and his body shop are amazing. They are a 5 to me. Karl is amazing! I needed someone to inspect a car I was looking to buy that had some structural damage. Karl happily offered to help. He did a very thorough inspection and was able to point out several specific areas of the car where it had been poorly or cheaply repaired. He helped me avoid making a big mistake, and he didn’t charge me a penny for it. If you’re looking for a shop that values their customers, this is the place.
Devin and Karl provided excellent service. They explained everything in great detail, answered all of my questions, and informed me by email (to maintain a communication record) of every step taken. My car was involved in an accident which ultimately led it it being a total loss. Within 4 of days of my car arriving at Go Automotive, they had it ready for a walkthrough of the damages. Their inspection came back spot on to what the insurance adjusters ended up estimating before declaring it a loss. My insurance company is Geico. Their auto adjusters were not very helpful and created absurd delays in processing my claim. It took a total of 47 days from the time the car was ready to when they finally paid the storage bill and picked up the car. Go gave me frequent updates of what they heard or didn't hear from my insurance company, with advice on how to proceed. I can't say anything about their ability to repair a car, but I can vouch for their character and diligence in keeping their customers well informed.

Go auto body was so AWESOME. I loved the fact they Karl took the time to explain everything to me. After he dismantled my car he had me come back in so he could explain how the repairs would work & what was being repaired. They go above & beyond the call of duty!!! They are honest & trustworthy. If I ever have the need for a body shop again THAT'S where I'm going!!!
