Ate here last night and really enjoyed it. Outdoor dining is allowed at the moment so we ate outside. They have heat lamp above so it was comfortable. They didn't have an all-you-can-eat option which is common for Shabu/Hot Pot. You can pick your broth and meat and can have all-you-can-eat for vegetables, ramen, and/or udon. I had sukiyaki broth and the pork belly meat. The broth and meat were great, I enjoyed both. My wife had a sesame broth and beef meat, both she enjoyed but the sesame broth has too strong a flavor for me, hides the flavor of the meat in my opinion. The vegetable were as I expected, cabbage, enoki, tofu, etc freshly cut. They give the option of ramen or udon noodles with the meal. My wife had ramen and enjoyed it, they are made in house. I picked the udon and was extremely happy with the quality. I asked where they get their udon noodles from and they say it's imported from Japan. I tell you, it's really good noodles here. I did a separate order of just the udon noodles so I could have them for lunch the next day. While we were there the staff was very good. They checked in with us often, brought drinks, answered all my questions, etc. The price was as expected, not too cheap and not too expensive for what you get. The portions were good. Overall, my wife and I had a great time eating here. I don't often visit Dublin but 110 Shabu Shabu is on my list of places to come back to as soon as I can. I fully recommend them if you enjoy Japanese style hot-pot.

This place replaces Halu Shabu Shabu and brings a completely redone interior and menu. Gone are the all-you-can-eat options; the menu now includes only set combo plates and à la carte options. We ordered the meat combo with the Szechuan Chili and Chicken Broth soup options.Meat portions are a bit small, but the meat is of very high quality (including rib eye and Iberico pork). Conversely, the vegetable portion was quite generous. The Szechuan soup was nice and spicy with good málà numbing flavor. All sauces are house made. The owner let us try out a still in development chili oil which had good flavor. The sesame sauce was also quite good. Overall a good start for a new place!
