I am amazed by the medical care and support of the entire office. Dr. Franklin always makes time to see me, hear my concerns, and provide top notch medical care. The front desk staff members are calm, supportive, and accommodating. I’ve also seen Dr. Sinha and she is just as wonderful.

My rating does not have anything to do with Dr. Sinha because she was lovely. From the only two appointments I have had, I left both times with a bad feeling because my personal information was disclosed and spoken about in front of other patients, making me question HIPAA laws. My appointment was scheduled two weeks ago and when I showed up today, the staff was unprepared and did not have the device that I was originally scheduled for. I find this extremely unprofessional and unorganized. The staff member had then offered me something different that I did not request, and after declining her offer, she continued to ask me \why?\. This also occurred in the front office, in front of another patient, informing her and everyone else why I was there. The receptionist had even apologized and said if she had known they were not prepared for me to come in, she would have called me. Unfortunately, it seems as if there is a problem with communication at the office as well. I am definitely disappointed and will not be returning to this office ever again.
Horrible experience. This office should stop excepting new patients, the doctors are overworked and unable to provide the individual attention needed. I was going through a medical emergency and the front desk staff made me wait a week for an appointment. At that appointment I had to wait an hour after my appointment time to see the doctor. She then did not provide me with the care I urgently needed and I ended up in the hospital a week later. I will be telling everyone I know to avoid this practice.
Worst practice and, “extremely weak staff management”. Management is a huge mess! My doctors get changed during my appointments without notice. I request dr sinha for all of my appointments, she either changes or cancels, it’s happened 4 times already since I got pregnant. And I have to do it with another doctor who isn’t aware of my issues much. Staff are mostly rude. One time this nurse measured my weight and put it on paper by mistake - adding 10 more pounds to my actual one. She was too rude to admit it even let alone be sorry. Instead she showed me attitude and told me “hey I know how to measure weight!!”
Nice doctors but staff and timeliness are a problem. I’ve been there twice and neither appointment started remotely on time. Additionally, it took two weeks to receive lab results that I was told would take two days. I had to call the office twice to get results and both times I was placed on hold for 15-20min. My case had to be labeled as urgent just to get the doctor to call me back. Will likely be seeking a new OBGYN.
