We have QBPOS and have had it over 13 years. It's Sunday evening and we can't get the program to open. It gives the message call technical service if this happens every time time you try to open. Guess what? The message at technical service is \call during regular business hours our offices are currently closed\. 24hour technical service used to be available and since it was in India, I don't understand why you can't have an automatic patch to them during your non business hours. Has it not occurred to you that your customers may need access to technical service 24 hours/day?

Holds your highly sensitive financial information hostage. Passwords don't seem to work after long periods of time logging in. Quick books self employed on line has no telephone support only chat and you cannot transfer your data to desk top you have to start from the beginning all over again. This company should be shut down and class actioned!
intuit been taking my money from the bank in the name of quickbook, I could not access quickbook online for 4 months now
Intuit Quick Books is an Absolutely horrible company. They are a scam and you can't cancel. I have confirmation cancelling emails and they keep charging me every month. Their phone folks, if you can understand them, just say, oh - that is another department and then transfer you. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Find something else. There are lots of MUCH better custom apps. Accountants you are NOT doing your clients a service by using this and then wanting your clients to also use it. Additionally, their software stinks and is difficult to use. this is coming from someone who has done software web design and is an engineer.
