Roger in the service department at the Duluth location is very helpful. And truthfully the experience I have had with buying a used truck from them has not been the greatest. I've been bald face lied to by the service department at the Marshfield location. And havent had the greatest luck getting help from the salesmen . I don't think I would purchase another truck from them. I guess the best lessons are sometimes the most expensive.

I went to Maney for a service on my freightliner chassis motor home. I called for a quote and they said it should be just at or below 300 which is similar to every truck shop I called. I have been there many times for parts so thought I'd try them out. All I can say is get your quote in writing!! I spent most of my life as a mechanic on trucks and heavy equipment so I have a good understanding of what it involves. This is the reason I brought it in just to not deal with the volume of fluids and stuff. Now my rig has remote setup for the filters and is quite accessible (see pics). Anyway so I gave them a 1 star because my 300 quote was a healthy just shy of 500 when I went to pay. Now mind you when I got a quote that was for a full service and when I scheduled it the guy talked me down to just a \quick lube \ and said they still check \everything important\ they just don't do the coolant freeze protection level or nitrites, so I'd have to check that stuff myself but save some money doing so. Apparently \important stuff\ doesn't include driveline or u-joint components either as they weren't touched as you can see in the photos. So I guess grease isn't \Lube\? Worst part is they told me the tech took 5 hours on it but they cut me a break and only charged for 2. With the ease of access and the fact that only thing done was oil change and the 2 filters in the pic the only way I see 5 or even 2 hours is if someone took a nap or maybe was filling the oil 12oz at a time. The short of the long story is check elsewhere there is better options around.
