My husband is an avid piano player and extremely picky about his instrument. Sam Bennet and Pianoworks were amazing and this is likely the best buying experience we have ever had. The knowledge and details were compelling - amazing selection of beautiful instruments. Sam knew what we needed right away and we settled on a new Estonia L210. The crew that moved the piano in were so professional, courteous, and delightful. If you want to buy a high end grand piano, this is the place to go. Ask for Sam and you will love it! Thank you

This is an awesome place no doubt but someone with a creative mind cant sit at a piano and ask questions without someone being indirectly rude while waiting on an instructor to get out of a lesson to try to make arrangements, the sales representative was rude i would not come back at all and this discourage me from working with teachers that works there

We had an old piano that was never good but had multiple problems that made it not worth repairing. We decided that due to a number of constraints that a digital piano was going to be our best path towards having something playable. After spending some time at other stores where they didn't really know anything about pianos and had limited selection we stumbled into Piano Works. Derek was really helpful in talking to us about what we were looking for and helping us identify what options we had. We ended up buying an instrument that fit in our budget and also should meet our current needs. Delivery was easy to schedule and the two guys who took the old one away (yay!) and brought in the new one worked quickly and carefully. Price was competitive with online sources. We're glad we made the cross town drive to Piano Works. Update a year later: Still very happy with the decision that Derek helped us with. No regrets at all.

Absolutely AWFUL! We purchased a piano from this store and was a huge mistake. For starters when they woman called to schedule the delivery she was incredibly rude. Her delivery was unprofessional when asking questions like, \are there steps going into the house\. When the movers arrived for the delivery, they came a day earlier than they were supposed to. I explained my husband and I were at work and could not come home. She told me they would have to charge us for storage for everyday it wasn't delivered. Fast forward to the delivery. The piano arrived with two huge scratch marks where they put the support straps around the piano as well as a crack in the side. My husband asked them to fix the damages and were told we'd have to speak with the owners son. This gentleman was the rudest individual I've ever come across in my life. He argued about paying for/fixing the damages and then turned it around to make it seem like my husband and I were just difficult buyers. All I can say is, if you do any type of business with this establisment, consider yourself warned.
