The equipment and remotes are right out of 1995. Cheap cable TV receiver. No voice command remotes. Not even a display to show what channel that is selected. The price is high and considering I have had service for 30 years at this address, there is no discount even if you ask and insist. If I could change to another carrier I would but cable companies don't let the competition in the same neighborhood. No competition so they can charge whatever they want.

The man, JPJ, that I dealt with was extremely rude. I was returning unopened DVRs because my order was screwed up on the 2nd of my four calls in three days. I received DVRs instead of apple tvs and returned within 24 hours of receiving them. This guy has an ATTITUDE. Should have stayed with AT&T.
Sure I have to wait in line. Otherwise, they ALWAYS solve my issues. Plus, they offer a 50 phone service using Verizon towers. Who can say no to that?
They lied over the phone about installation fee, and then the tech who installed even said i shouldn’t be charged ANY fee because we had the equipment. Thinking I may switch back to at&t, better and honest costumer service.
Dont waste your money. Very horrible signal even if you live next to the dam tower its incredible. I filed a complaint I dont think was submitted as the signal drop issue still persist. Canceling my service. Very bad for work at home people & only 2 devices connected.
