Wish I could leave no stars! Such a poor customer service experience. This business repaired a machine for me in the past and they were great. My daughter has a machine in need of repair and I told her she should try them. Checked online and they were open until 1pm on Saturday so I told her I'd take it up. Took nearly an hour and when I arrived the door was locked. I saw someone inside so called them. I was told I would have to call and make an appointment to drop the machine off and that their voicemail explained this. We didn't bother calling since we went by what was online. I asked if I could at least drop the machine off and was told no, they had too many. Needless to say, they won't have her machine cluttering their shop. Already found someone closer to home to fix it. While looking for another repair shop, I was also told Mr Sewing Machine wasn't actually licensed to work on Singers. Would recommend asking to see their certification, especially if your machine is under warranty.

My machines work great, very very friendly, great prices, very helpful. My first experience with a sewing machine shop could not be any better. Communicated with me the entire time, i HIGHLY recommend anyone in the greater charleston area to service your machines with Mr. sewing machine!!

I have dealt with Mr Seeing Machine several times over the passed several years and have always been pleased. Both my Mom and I bought machines there several years ago from the former owner and were treated very well. I have since bought a newer machine and cabinet from the current owner, his daughter and received just as good of customer service and a great machine. Nice to see a family business continue as well great customer service.

I dropped me machine off last summer and asked for an estimate before it was fixed because I might just get a new machine. They went ahead and fixed it and told me to come get it. I went over during their posted hours and no one was there. I just planned to leave it since I didn't want to pay 80for it anyway but then I got voicemail after voicemail to come get it. So I did. Today I finally decided to use it. It doesn't work. It squeaks, won't pick up the bobbin thread and when I finally got it, it doesn't sew. Highly disappointed.

I had an antique sewing machine repaired it was fixed in a very timely manner and he also took time to explain to me what he repaired and he also showed me how to use it. I will always take any future machines to him to repair. The service was great and prices were reasonaable.
