I was referred to and received a service from Dr. Tovar in Dec. 2019. His bedside manner left something to be desired, but I'm not concerned about that. My concern comes from the fact that it took 9 months to receive a bill. I contacted the billing office and was told that they changed systems and it took some time to get bills out. I could have gestated a child in that time. Furthermore, they neglected to process my procedure through insurance even though the nurse made a photocopy of my insurance card and accepted my co pay. But wait! It gets better! My insurance changed in that amount of time and as a responsible adult I had disposed of my insurance card that no longer covered me. Fortunately my former insurance company is being helpful. I am giving two stars instead of one because the doctor called to tell me my results instead of making me come back in for anther visit,

Dr. Tovar is for sure a busy man but he never lets it show, he makes each and every patient feel so comfortable and I have had an amazing experience with him as well as his staff and one of his nurses in particular (Crystal) she is such a kind and caring nurse and she truly cares about all the small things you have to tell her! Overall, the staff and Dr.Tovar have gone above and beyond to make every appointment run smoothly!

Doctors care about every aspect of my pregnancy. They were even very cautious and sent me to get a second look to make sure my baby was safe and nothing was wrong with him. Over all a great place and great staff!
